Abstract
Objective:Study to compare the resection of lingual bone plate and split wipe out the mandibular dentition low resistance effect.Methods:Choose 80 cases of mandibular dentition low resistance of patients treated in our hospital, according to pull out the oper-ation process is divided into different resection group and the open surgery group, 40 cases in each group;Compare two groups of patients after operation time, opening, and swallowing pain.Results:Two groups of patients with surgery healing period was consistent.Patients with operation time resection group was obviously more than open surgery group, P <0.05;Comparison of postoperative 1 day opening sit-uation, patients with oral resection group was obviously less than open surgery group, P <0.05;Compare two groups of patients with post-operative 7 days opening conditions, no significant difference, P >0.05, compared two groups of patients with postoperative 1 day, the incidence of pain swallowing resection group was obviously higher than open surgery group, P <0.05, no obvious difference compared postoperative seven days, P >0.05.Conclusion:The lingual bone plate split wipe out the mandibular dentition low resistance than resec-tion operation time is shorter, and faster recovery of various symptoms, which effect is obvious.关键词
