Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of early nursing intervention on the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:180 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into control and experimental group ( 90 cases in each group) .The control group was given conventional nursing treatment and health education.On the basis of control group, the experimental group was given early psycho-logical intervention.The herapeutic effect of anti-tuberculosis treatment was compared between the two groups after 10 months.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of herapeutic effect of the patients between the two groups (P<0.01).Con-clusion:Early nursing intervention can improve the cure rate of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, reducing drug resistance.关键词
