Abstract

In order to determinate the dietary risk of using propiconazole and epoxiconazole for apple in picking period,the residue test,dietary exposure and risk assessment were conducted by treating apples with 1 000 and 500 times liquid of 25% propiconazole emulsion in water (250 and 500 mg a.i./kg),333 and 167 times liquid of 12.5% epoxiconazole emulsion in water (375 and 750 mg a.i./kg)respectively.The results showed that the original accumulation of the four treatments were 3.37,4.72,1.61 and 2.95 mg/kg respec-tively with the half -life as 7.5,7.8,10.8 and 10.5 days,respectively.The results of dietary exposure esti-mation showed that different age groups had different risk quotient;the risk quotient of children was obviously higher than that of adults.The risk quotient of double application rate was obviously higher than that of the normal rate.During 0 ~45 days after treatments,the risk quotient for seven kinds of typical persons was below 12.0 with the application of 1 000 and 500 times liquid of 25% propiconazole emulsion in water,and below 27.0 with the application of 333 and 167 times liquid of 12.5% epoxiconazole emulsion in water.In conclu-sion,rational use of propiconazole and epoxiconazole for apple in picking period had lower dietary health risk to consumers.
