生物农药的中国专利申请状况分析OACSTPCD
Analysis on Patent Application Status of Biopesticides in China
统计分析了中国专利文献检索系统中生物农药技术领域的专利申请状况，系统研究了申请文献的年度分布、申请人国家或省区分布情况、不同类型申请人申请量比例组成、申请数量较多的申请人及其发明技术内容、国内外申请文献技术特点对比等内容，根据统计结果总结了我国在生物农药领域的专利申请现状、问题，并提出了我国今后生物农药专利技术发展的建议。
