生物农药的中国专利申请状况分析
Analysis on Patent Application Status of Biopesticides in China
摘要
Abstract
The patents related to biopesticides in Chinese patent database had been retrieved from 1985 to 2012.The statistical analysis was conducted for the annual distribution of patent application number,the geographical distribution of applicants,the quantitative proportion of several applicant types,the applicants possessing numerous applications,the layout of patent technical content and the difference of technical content between application from China and overseas.According to the above statistical results,the present situation and problems of patent application in the field of biopesticides in China were summarized systematically,and then some suggestions for its development were put forward.关键词
