农村新型社区空间发展特征与模式简析*--以成都郫县为例
The Character and the Pattern of New Rural Community Spatial Development:A Case Study of Pi County, Chengdu

Abstract
Chengdu is one of the ifrst cities which are approved to establish the national urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area. In recent years it adheres to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, promoting the construction of new rural communities to solve the ‘Three Agricultural Problems’ in China. Starting from the overall condition in new rural communities of Chengdu, this paper takes Pi County as a case study, analyzing the characteristics of communities from the perspectives of economic , architectural and social spaces. Then it puts forward the spatial patterns of new rural communities:concentrated and compact industrial clusters layout;‘small-scale, group-style, ecologicalized’ community layout, ‘1 +21’ public service facilities layout; concentrated, diverse and open social space.关键词
