摘要

Abstract

The decolorization of the reactive brilliant blue W⁃RV by laccase from the co⁃culture of Pleurotus ferulae and Rhodotorula mucilaginosa was studied under different reaction conditions,including pH,temperature,dye concentration and amount of laccase.Results indicated that efficient decolorization of reactive brilliant blue W⁃RV was obtained at acidic pH and high temperature was unfavourable. The decolorizaiton of reactive brilliant blue W⁃RV achieved a stable level after a 7⁃h reaction in different dye concentrations. The decolorization rate increased with the laccase amount until 200 U/L and the excess laccase (more than 200 U/L) did not improve the decolorization.The optimized reaction conditions were pH 4.5,30 ℃,100 mg/L reactive brilliant blue W⁃RV and 200 U/L laccase.Under these conditions,the highest decolorization by laccase was 89.91%.
