体外受精胚胎移植孕妇妊娠压力及相关因素的调查与分析
Survey and analysis of pregnancy pressure and related factors of pregnant women in vitro fertilization embryo transplantation

Abstract
Objective:To know about the stress status of pregnant women undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation (IVF ET),analyze the related factors and find out a way to help to reduce their preg-nancy pressure.Methods:A total of 84 cases of pregnant women with IVF ET and 152 pregnant women with natural conception were investigated and analyzed by using pregnancy pressure scale.Results:The total score of pregnant women with IVF ET was higher than that of pregnant women with natural conception,and the main pressure source was the factor 2.The score of pregnancy pressure of pregnant women with IVF ET were af-fected by the number of transplant,conceived fetus number,family income level and pregnancy complications(P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The pressure level of pregnant women with IVF ET was higher than that of pregnant women with natural conception.They need to be given targeted nursing psychological intervention during preg-nancy,reduce the pregnancy pressure,so that they can successfully pass the gestation period.关键词
