俄罗斯外交转型及其对中俄关系的影响
The Transition of Foreign Policy in Russia and Its Impact on Sino-Russian Relationship

Abstract
Since the year of 2012 , it has been noticed that the internal political and economic situation in Russia were under turbulence along with the drastic transformation of pattern of international relations, which fermented the transition of foreign policy in Russia and was deepened by the crisis in Ukraine. From either realistic or constructive perspectives, this paper elaborates the traditional and contemporarily realistic reasons of Russian diplomatic transition and assumes the accumulative progression of inevitable and occi-dental variables. Moscow is adjusting its policies in the fields of strategies in Eurasian and Asian-Pacific re-gions, soft power and reconstruction of national identity, which reflects the continuity and gradual change in Russia’s foreign policies and will exert important influence on Sino-Russian relationship. The two big devel-oping countries, to some extent, will share not only identical interests, but also conflicts in diplomatic ide-ologies and policies. It is urgent for both China and Russia to take further steps in resolving disagreement and promoting bilateral strategic partnership.关键词
