Selective disassembly sequence planning based on dismountability analysis and graph method
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the existing selective disassembly sequence planning method is inaccurate when acquiring disassembly paths of components, is inefficient and lack of concurrency when solving selective problems, a selective disassembly optimized algorithm was proposed. With the application and improvement of visibility maps , non-orthogonal interference matrix and multi-path disassembly judgement, the analysis method of component′s dismountability was studied. By using stratified graph method, locating the target part. With subassembly detection, removing redundant steps, to improve the concurrency of disassembly sequence. Through the practical example, the availability of the method is illustrated.关键词
