Application of PDCA in Medical Consumables Inventory Management
摘要
Abstract
The problems of medical consumable warehouse management were analyzed through stock inventory. With adoption of multiple management tools such as target management, ifshbone diagram, line chart and PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle, reasonability and balance between the reduced inventory cost and guaranteed supply were realized. Moreover, optimal management measures were provided so as to ensure the improvement of medical service quality.关键词
