Abstract
Objective To explore the curative ef ect on puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding of using Progynova only and combining with syndrome dif erentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 102 cases of patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding in outpatient service in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with Progynova,and the treatment group was treated with Progynova combined with syndrome dif erentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.Then the control bleeding time,the ful y hemostatic time,curative ef ect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the control bleeding time,ful y hemostatic time in the treatment group were significantly shortened ( <0.05);The total treatment ef ective rate significantly increased ( <0.05);The adverse reaction significantly reduced ( <0.05).Conclusion The curative ef ect on puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding of using combining with syndrome dif erentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is bet er than using Progynova only.关键词
