摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the standard of the embryo culture system in the new assisted reproductive laboratory.Methods Male and female mice using in vivo fertilization,surgical obtain two-cel embryos cultured in vitro,after 72~96 hours to observe the situation blastocysts.Results After 72~96 hours of 2-cel embryos were cultured in vitro,the average rate of 84.58%blastocyst. Conclusion Through experiments on mouse embryo IVF new hospital laboratory quality control testing,the results meet the standards.关键词
