非索非那定联合雷公藤多甙对慢性荨麻疹患者的疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective Fexofenadine Tripterygium glycosides combined ef ect of chronic urticaria patients. Methods Extracting our hospital 136 cases of chronic urticaria patients into treatment group and single drug-linked group, single drug group received oral fexofenadine, linking the treatment group increased use of Tripterygium glycosides in the treatment group on the basis of a single drug. Comparative ef icacy and safety. Results Linking the total ef ective treatment group was significantly higher than single-drug group ( <0.05). Associated adverse drug group and single drug group ef ects were not statistical y significant ( ﹥ 0.05). Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides joint Mizolastine treatment of chronic urticaria, significant clinical ef ect, low adverse reactions, can be used in clinical treatment.关键词
