Abstract
Objective To research the application ef ect of the Ropivacaine with dif erent concentration in labor analgesia. Methods 60 cases of puerperas received in our hospital from 2012 March of 2012 to September of 2013, they were divided into three groups randomly as A, B, C. They were operated with dif erent concentration of Ropivacaine in labor analgesia during the delivery. The application ef ects were observed and recorded. The observation index dif erence were observed and compared during the delivery of the three puerperas. Results Compared with the delivery time and ways of the three puerperas, grade observation index of newborn babies, there was not statistical dif erence for the comparison ( ﹥0.05 ). Compared with group B and C, VAS evaluation score of group A was obviously higher, there was a statistical significance for the group dif erence ( <0.05). Compared with VAS evaluation score of group B and C, there was not statistical significance for the group dif erence( ﹥0.05). Conclusion Ropivacaine is used in labor analgesia with long ef icacy time, excel ent analgesia ef ect and short side ef ect. It can reach excel ent analgesia ef ect for the puerperas with 0.075%Ropivacaine, it must be paid high at ention for the clinic.关键词
