Abstract
Objective To study the nursing methods of wet ing of airway after tracheotomy. Methods From January 2012 to December 2014, 86 patients with tracheotomy in respiratory department of our hospital were selected and analyzed, these patients are car ied out a series of measures such as atomization inhalation and trace pump with continuous endotracheal dropping madicine, and to care of patients, airway moist adequately, after the nursing, the treatment ef ect were observed. Results After nursing, average catheter time was (325.17)days, the patient cure 56 cases, improvement in 21 cases, 5 cases give up treatment automatic, 4 cases were death, the total ef ective rate was 89.53%. Conclusion Diluting sputum, facilitate sucked out, it was to improve the ef ective ventilation patients, improving the respiratory function and the success rate of rescue critical y il patients.关键词
