Abstract
The supracondylar fracture of humerus is a common trauma in children. Treatment requires anatomic reduction, fixation, and the minimum requirements of epiphyseal injuries, and early functional exercise. Closed or open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation is an ideal choice. This paper describes the hospital 246 cases of supracondylar fracture of humerus, through good design Kirschner needle direction, a successful fixation. To avoid the repeated adjustment of Kirschner wire direction cause bone damage, can achieve the stable fixation, and avoid the aggravation of epiphyseal injury, while avoiding the occur ence of vascular and nerve injury.
