摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the of gastric carcinoma of metastatic ovarian tumor,ananlysis the causes of analysis and improve level of dianosis.Methods The clinic data of 32 cases with gastric carcinoma of metastatic ovarian tumor and analysis the causes of misidiagnosis.Results Gastric cancer with ovarian metastasis is a late cancer,with high malignancy and poor prognosis. Often secondary tumor symptoms,and easy to misdiagnosis.The overal survival time of the patients was 9.2 months after the operation for February~4.5 years.Conclusion Enhance the recognition of ovarian metastasis of gastric cancer.The case history,larpartory qnd frozen can give useful information the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma of metastatic ovarian tumor.关键词
