Abstract
Objective To explore ef ects of periodontal maintenance on basis of periodontal treatment long-term ef ects. Methods 100 cases patients with advanced periodontitis in our department were selected and divided into two groups, treatment group (50 cases) were periodontal treatment, periodontal maintenance on a regular basis;the control (50 cases) were car ied on the basis of periodontal treatment, analysis of the two groups of patients with periodontal improvement. Results The clinical curative ef ect of the treatment group patients were significantly superior to the control group, patients with dif erence significantly, there is statistical significance ( <0.05). Two groups were no serious adverse reaction caused by treatment. Conclusion The patients with chronic periodontitis car ied basic treatment, which can periodontal pocket lighter and bet er periodontal at achment levels, and canmake the basis of periodontal treatment ef ect of long-term stable, suitable for widely usedtreatment for patients.关键词
