摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the ef ect of the Yuguanxintongling medicine on brain sodium titanium (BNP) during the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure in TCM hospital of yinchuan were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each. The control group was given the western medicine foundation treatment for 14 d, the treatment group was given western medicine foundation treatment combined with bolted by channeling party, treatment for 14 d, determination of sodium titanium (BNP) brain changes before and after the treatment. Results The total ef ective rate in the control group was 86.6%, the treatment group was 95.3%, two groups compare the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). The treatment group brain sodium titanium (BNP) has improved significantly. Conclusion The Yuguanxintongling medicine can ef ectively reduce the value of brain natriuretic titanium (BNP) during the treatment of chronic heart failure.关键词
