Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of mycobacterium tuberculosis lung disease. Methods From 2011.1 to 2014.1, 50 cases patients with mycobacterium tuberculosis lung disease in our hospital were as objective, at first, treatmnet with first-line anti-tb drugs for patients, finding the ef ective cure was no bet er. After that, patients with sputum mycobacterium culture, paral el resistance test, analyzing patients with clinical manifestations and treatment ef ect. Results Non mycobacterium tuberculosis lung disease and tuberculosis misdiagnosis easily, first-line anti-tb drugs for their use patients showed dif erent degrees of resistance. Resistance experiment, and according to the results to choose targeted drugs have got good clinical ef ect after treatment. Conclusion The earlier the sputum mycobacterium cultivation and identification, according to the results for patients to choose appropriate drugs, Ti can improve the treatment ef ect, reduce the misdiagnosis rate.关键词
