Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical curative ef ect of improved B-Lynch suture technique in application of cesarean section contractions fatigue bleeding. Methods From January 2009 to January 2013, 45 patients with cesarean section contractions fatigue of bleeding were selected as the research object, the implementation of the improved B-Lynch suture, and observing the hemostatic ef ect. Results Implementing the improved B-Lynch suture postoperative uterine bleeding can reduce or stop quickly, harem shrinkage was good, treatment ef ective rate was 100%. Conclusion Patients with cesarean section contractions fatigue bleeding were car ied out type B-Lynch suture bleeding during operation, can stop bleeding quickly, and it is easy to operate, is worth of clinical promotion.关键词
