摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clil ical ef ct of trimetazidil e jointing alprostadil on the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 357 cases of patiel ts with unstable angina pectoris from December 2009 to December 2014 were randomly divided into three groups,119 in each group,the control group was given conventional therapy ,alone group was given trimetazidine combined with the control group,while the combination group was given trimetazidine plus alprostadil more,Clinical results in three groups were compared. Results The total clil ical ef ective rate of the alone group was 78.99%the combination group was 89.92%,which was much higher than that of the control group (64.70%)( <0.05),The total clil ical ef ective rate of the combination group (89.92%) was higher than of the alone group (78.99%) ( <0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine is an ef ective treatment regimen with the treatment of unstable angina pectoris,trimetazidine combined with alprostadil can increase clil ical ef ct obviously.关键词
