摘要

Abstract

Objective To compare of the content of total flavonoids in persimmon leaf from dif erent harvest time.Methods UV-visible spectrophotometry was applied using rutin as reference substance, the total flavonoids of persimmon leaf from dif erent harvest time were measured by UV-visible spectrophotometry at the 510 nm.Results The contents of total flavonoids in persimmon leaf devived from July,August,September,October,November,December were 0.0962%,0.1306%,0.1485%,0.2803%,0.2746%,0.1984%,respectively.Conclusion The content of total flavonoids in persimmon leaf from dif erent harvest time is dif erent,and the highest is the one from October.
