Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical manifestation,complications,and the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia,and to improve the people's awareness of this disease.Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of children diagnosed as mycoplasma pneumonia were made retrospective analysis.And the clinical features,complications and therapeutic ef ect in al ages of mycoplasma pneumonia were summarized.Results The clinical features of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were fever,cough,wheeze and the lung had a dif erent degree of dry and wet rale,etc. And the complications were mainly including rash and the digestive system,cardiovascular system,nervous system,urinary system be were inconvenienced,etc.,and the dif erent age groups had statistical dif erence ( <0.05);Azithromycin is the main treatment medicine,and its cure rate was 100%.Conclusion Clinical manifestations of children with mycoplasma pneumonia are various,and often accompanied by complications,so we should pay at ention to the comprehensive diagnosis in order to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and azithromycin is the prefer ed treatment medicine.关键词
