种植体周围炎龈下微生物群落的动态分析
Dynamic analysis of subgingival microbial community under peri-implantitis

Abstract
Objective: After the induction of peri-implantitis in rabbit mandible and the following photody-namic therapy, we investigated dynamic change of subgingival microbial community before and after peri-implantitis, and after photodynamic therapy. Method: For four harbin long-eared white rabbit, implants are immediately planted in fresh tooth socket of two mandibular anterior teeth. After 4 weeks, peri-implantitis was induced by the thread-twisting method. With the induction of 2 weeks, photody-namic therapy was carried out for treating peri-implantitis. Subgingival plaque of normal teeth, implan-tation after 4 weeks, peri-implantitis induction after 2 weeks, and photodynamic therapy after 1 weeks, was collected for microbial community analysis. PCR-DGGE method was used to illustrate dynamic change of subgingival microbial community, and then evaluated the effect of photodynamic therapy. Results: Microbial community was abundant and similar in subgingival plaque of normal teeth and im-plantation after 4 weeks. Under the peri-implantitis, the number of microbial species in subgingival plaque was relatively low, performing the enrichment of typical microbes. After 1 weeks of photodynam-ic therapy, pathogenic bacterium was hardly detectable in microbial community. Conclusions: PCR-DGGE protocol can well reflect dynamic change of subgingival microbial community around implant. Photodynamic therapy showed favorable bactericidal effort on pathogenic bacterium of peri-implantitis. This study can provide important references for the clinical applications in this field.关键词
