Abstract
Objective: To investigate shaping titanium can strengthen expanded polytetrafluoroethylene mem-brane guided bone regeneration in implantology application effect. Methods: 86 cases accepted guided bone regeneration by bone were randomly divided into combination group(n=41) and control group (n=45), patients with the combined group may shaping titanium reinforced expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membrane combined with resorbable bone material bone increment in the control group were treated with resorbable bone material for bone augmentation. Guided bone regeneration of bone after 1 year in-crements were compared two groups of patients. Results:Both groups of patients were successfully com-pleted the course of treatment, all patients guided bone regeneration incisions healed well, no infection, facial swelling, exclusion adverse reactions occur, the combined group of patients implanted expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membrane good, exposed film phenomenon did not occur. The combined group of patients a bone thickness, the effect of the level of bone growth, bone formation height and vertical bone growth effects were(2.58±0.13)mm, (93.01±1.93)%, (5.48±0.53)mm and (89.15±2.63)%, were sig-nificantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Can be modeled tita-nium reinforced expanded polytetrafluoroethylene membrane combined with resorbable bone implant materials used in guided bone regeneration without increasing adverse reactions, get better bone incre-mental vertical and horizontal directions.关键词
