Abstract
Objective: To summarize the clinical effect of application of "CDIC" one-stage implant system of China Dental Implantology Center in 2011 in our oral implanting center. Discussing the reliability of the transgingival flapless immediate restoration of the implant system. Methods: Using transgingival flapless implant technology, inserted " CDIC "one-stage implant in the area of anterior missing teeth, instantly giving temporary crown. 3-6 months after implantation, giving permanent restoration. Results:Using "CDIC" one-stage transgingival flapless implant technology, 50 patients who received temporary restoration were inserted 72 implants, 70 cases succeeded , but 2 cases failed because of having in-flammation which led to the implant loss in 1-4 weeks, the success rate is 97.2%. After two years of clinical observation, the effects are good. Conclusions: " CDIC "one-stage transgingival flapless im-plant technology can be temporary restoration, with small trauma, less bleeding, shorter operation time, security, immediate restoration, economy. Patients are easy to accept and satisfaction is higher.关键词
