Vegetable Market in the First Half of 2015 and Its Prospect

Abstract
In the first half of 2015, China's vegetable production remained stable and the supply was adequate in general. The price rose and then fell, following the annual fluctuation and the trend of price was smooth on the whole. At the same time, the volume and value of vegetable export increased year-on-year and those of import slightly reduced. The trade surplus of vegetable continued and expanded. Looking forward to the second half of 2015, China's vegetable production will continue to maintain stable and guarantee ample supply while seasonal fluctuations of vegetables price will still be obvious. Weather and other factors will influence the price of individual species. With the implementing of a series of foreign trade strategies and policies, China's comparative advantage of vegetable export will emerge further, import and export will remain active and the trade surplus is expected to expand.关键词
