中国人口流动迁移对城市化进程影响的实证分析
Empirical Analysis on Impacts of Migration with and Without Hukou Change on China’ s Urbanization

Abstract
Migration with and without Hukou change is an important phenomenon in the process of economic development and urbanization since the beginning of the opening-up policy. In order to understand the specific impact of migration to urbanization, impacts of migration with and without Hukou change on urbanization are analyzed by building spatial static and dynamic model by using the spatial panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2002 to 2012. The research shows:There is a spatial correlation in urbanization of China, and there is a spatial diffusion effect. Impacts of inflowing population and human capital of inflowing population to the level of urbanization are outstanding, and human capital is more prominent. The positive effect indicates that, the same as inflow population, net population migration can promote the regional urbanization level. However, because of China’ s household registration system, impacts of net migration with Hukou change and human capital of the net migration to the level of urbanization are positive but not significant. The current household registration system limits the migration of people and is not conducive to the development of urbanization. Economic power is still an important driving force of urbanization’ s development. Economic growth and the upgrading of the industrial structure can effectively improve the level of urbanization. Therefore, in the urbanization process, in addition to economic driving force, the role of migration with and without Hukou change should be paid more attention.关键词
