南京地区2~6岁儿童视功能正常参考值调查
The visual function normal reference values of 2~6 years old children in Nanjing area

Abstract
Objective To understand the range of refractive,visual acuity, stereo vision and intraocular pressure in children aged 2~6 years in Nanjing region, and provide a basis for the screening criteria for the visual function of children in this age group. Methods A cross-sectional prevalence survery was used to select 2 districts in Nanjing City,each drawn 2 kindergartens for children 24~83 months of 1754 eyes 877 cases for the survey,check their vision, refraction, intraocular pressure, stereopsis,eye position and eye movement. Results The spherical and astigmatism are the partial distribution,the spherical equivalent value is normal distribution in 817 cases of 1634 eyes. Spherical degree deviation exceeds +0.50D~+3.00D,astigmatisms deviate beyond+2.00D for 2~6 years of age are abnormal range of refractive screening. 3~6 years old nor-mal range of intraocular pressure was 10~22mmHg. The average value of vision in 3~6 age group:3years0.6,4 years0.7,5~6years 0.8. Vision less than 0.4 in 3~4 years old and below 0.5 in 4~6years old is abnormal. Titmus>160"can be used as a boundary value. Conclusions The visual function of the reference range for children is different from adults,the factor of age should be fully considered about the normal values of the refractive index and visiual acuity.关键词
