摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Zhike Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.Methods From October 2013 to June 2015, 74 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into study group and control group by random number table method,37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment,study group patients in the control group based on the use of Zhikepingchuan decoction.To observe the clinical effect of two groups of children.Results Research group with total effective rate was 97.3% and was significantly higher than that in control group(75.7%),the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05);research group of children with cough relief,disappearance time were significantly shorter than that of the control group,differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhike Pingchuan decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma curative effect is obvious,can obviously relieve cough symptoms,rapid onset of action,low recurrence rate,no serious adverse reaction.关键词
