摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with metformin in the treatment of obese patients with mild to moderate hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with mild to moderate hypertension were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with amlodipine combined with metformin, and the control group was treated with amlodipine,and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The observation group treatment efficiency,BMI and waist to hip ratio to improve the situation was better than the control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of amlodipine combined with metformin on obese patients with mild to moderate hypertension significantly.关键词
