摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation stroke unit on recovery of upper limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Selection may 2013 to 2014 may in Nanshi Hospital of Nanyang in Henan Province accepted treatment of 60 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients as the research object,according to the random number table method is divided into treatment group and control group,each 30 cases.Two groups of patients were given routine drug treatment,while the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation training,patients in the treatment group in the control group based on the use of rehabilitation stroke unit treatment,compared two groups of patients with upper limb motor function and functional activity ability score.Results In the treatment group,the upper limb motor function and functional activity score were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation stroke unit can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stroke,and promote the recovery of upper limb motor function and functional activity,and improve the quality of life.关键词
