Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management in clinical work of Department of general surgery.Methods From January 2013 to December 2014,164 patients in Department of general surgery,Urumqi first people's Hospital of North Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.82 cases The control group received conventional nursing management,the observation group were treated with nursing risk management intervention,the incidence of nursing risk events during the treatment for the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 7.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Of general surgery inpatients with intervention of nursing risk management,to improve the nursing safety based,but also improve the clinical nursing quality and patient satisfaction,to avoid or reduce medical disputes is of great significance.关键词
