摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfort nursing in patients with diabetes melitus.Methods From January 2013 to June 2013 in Shenyang City,Seventh People's Hospital in 100 patients with diabetes,according to the time of admission,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,each of 50 cases.The control group received conventional nursing,the observation group were treated with comfort nursing,and the satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared with the control group.Results Observation group patients to nursing staff service attitude,nursing skils,timeliness of nursing,health education,environment evaluation,overal eval- uation score were significantly higher than those in the control group,differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comfort care in the care of patients with diabetes,can meet the basic needs of patients,improve their satisfaction with the nursing service.关键词
