摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Dezocine Injection in the treatment of Chinese with cancer Pain. Methods By Retrieving from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database,according to include and exclude criterion,RCT about Dezocine injection in treat-ment of cancer Pain were collected. Meta-analysis was carried out. Results 7 RCT were included,involving 447 Patients in to-tal. Meta-analysis indicated that there was no statistical significance in effective rate [ RR=1. 00,95% CI ( 0. 94,1. 07 ) ,P=0. 90 ] ,the imProvement rate of quality of life [ MD= -0. 60,95%CI ( -1. 61,0. 41 ) ,P=0. 24 ] between the exPerimental grouP and control grouP. The adverse reaction in the treatment grouP was significantly lower than in the control grouP[ OR=0. 35,95% CI(0. 22,0. 58),P<0. 05]. Conclusion Dezocine injection is effective as MorPhine injection in the treatment of cancer Pain with less adverse reaction,but it also need high-quality large-scale long-term studies for further validation.关键词
