Abstract
Objective To investigate the PerioPerative ProPhylactic aPPlication of antibiotics to tyPeⅠincision in a hosPital before and after sPecific rectification. Methods PerioPerative ProPhylactic aPPlication of antibiotics to all inPatients that received thyroid surgeries, breast surgeries or inguinal hernia surgeries in the first quarter of 2011 and 2013 was analyzed. Results After sPecific rectification,the ProPhylactic rate decreased from 100. 00% to 8. 92%;the rate of rational medication increased from 0. 61% to 21. 43%;the rate of rational administration time increased from 23. 17% to 64. 29% ;the rate of rational treatment course increased from 2. 43% to 64. 29%;the rate of rational drug combination increased from 40. 85% to 100. 00%;the average cost of antibiotics declined from (1 134. 82 ± 840. 77) yuan to (25. 17 ± 106. 49) yuan. Conclustion SPecific rectification activities have Played a significant role in Promoting the rational use of antibiotics in the hosPital,but such situation hasn't met the requirements of National Health and Family Planning Commission of the PeoPle's RePublic of China,so it is essencial to further strengthen the management of PerioPerative ProPhy-lactic use of antimicrobial.关键词
