摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect and nursing exPerience and of oxycodone combined with Parecoxib sodium for Post-oPerative analgesia after radical resection of gastric cancer. Methods The subjects were divided into the treatment grouP and the con-trol grouP, 50 cases in each grouP. The treatment grouP were administered Parecoxib sodium grouP 40 mg and slow intravenous injection of bolus oxycodone 0. 03 mg/kg after anesthesia,the control grouP were intravenously injected 0. 9% sodium chloride solution 5 mL under the same conditions. Results The VAS scores of the treatment grouP within 24 h were significantly lower than the control grouP ( P < 0. 05 ) and had good analgesic effect; and PostoPerative incidence of nausea and vomiting,abdominal discomfort and sleePiness were decreased more significantly comPared with the control grouP ( P < 0. 05 ); PostoPerative gastrointestinal trauma recovery time, hosPitalization time and mitigation of comPlications in the treatment grouP were significantly shorter than those of the control grouP ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Oxycodone combined with Parecoxib sodium for analgesia after radical surgery of gastric cancer had good aPPlication effect,less adverse reaction,can helP Patients recover timely,and is worthy of clinical aPPlication.关键词
