摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with nano silver dressing for Promoting wound healing. Methods 156 Patients with deeP II degree burn were divided into control grouP and observation grouP according to the random number table method, 78 cases in each grouP. The control grouP was treated with nano silver dressing, and the observation grouP was added with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor on the basis of the control grouP. Results ComPared with the control grouP, the wound healing time of the observation grouP was significantly shortened ( P < 0. 05 );the wound healing rate of the two grouPs on the 7th day of treatment had no significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ) , and on the 14th and 21st day of treatment the wound healing rate of the observation grouP was significantly higher than that of the control grouP ( P < 0. 05 ) . After 7, 14 d of treatment, the bacterial infection rate of the control grouP was significantly higher than that of the observation grouP ( P < 0. 05 );the VAS score of the control grouP was significantly higher than that of the control grouP ( P < 0. 05 ) . The total adverse reaction rate of the control grouP was significantly higher than that of the observation grouP ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fi-broblast growth factor gel combined with nano silver dressing can Promote wound healing, and is relatively safe during treatment.
