高效液相色谱法测定黄芩苷脂质体药物包封率
Determination of Drug Encapsulation Efficiency of Baicalin Liposomes by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of drug encapsulation efficiency of baicalin liposomes. Methods The chromatographic column was Fortis Xi C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm ) ,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 2%phosphoric acid solution(35 ∶65),the column temperature was 25 ℃,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the UV detection wavelength was 278 nm. Results The baicalin concentration showed a good linear relationship in the range of 6-100 μg/mL( r=0. 999 8,n=5). The average recovery rate was 99. 51%,RSD was 2. 09%( n=9 ) . Conclusion This method is accurate,simple,rapid and can be used for the determination of baicalin liposomes encapsulation efficiency.关键词
