Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive management mode for ensuring drug safety of intravenous chemotherapy on cancer patients, and to provide a reliable and effective reference and solutions for clinical medical staff. Methods Before and after taking comprehensive management mode,86 patients were selected as the control group and the observation group respectively. The irra-tional drug use, drug discarding, the inappropriate medication and the incidence of adverse events were compared and analyzed in the two groups. Results The rate of irrational drug use in the observation group was 9. 81%,which was significantly lower than 23. 22%in the control group(χ2=8. 62,P ﹤ 0. 05);the number of discarded drugs was reduced to zero, which was significantly lower than 4 in the control group(χ2=5. 02,P ﹤ 0. 05);the rate of adverse events was 11. 92%,which was significantly lower than 33. 93% in the control group(χ2=6. 39,P ﹤ 0. 05);the occurrence rate of adverse events was 2. 32%,which was significantly lower than 8. 14% in the control group(χ2=4. 66,P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Comprehensive management mode can ensure the drug safety of patients with cancer, and can provide the reference and solutions for clinical doctors.关键词
