Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Danhong Injection in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) and its in-fluence on nerve conduction. Methods Totally 100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given mecobalamin,once a day,500 μg per time,adding 200 mL of 0. 9% sodium chlo-ride injection to conduct intravenous infusion;the observation group were added Danhong Injection on the basis of the control group, once a day,20 mL per time,adding 200 mL of 0. 9% sodium chloride injection to conduct intravenous infusion;all patients were treated for 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90. 00%,which was significantly higher than 70. 00% in the control group(χ2=6. 270,P ﹤ 0. 05);peroneal nerve,sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity of the control group were (40. 5 ± 4. 7)m/s and (38. 6 ± 5. 8)m/s,which were significantly lower than (46. 4 ± 5. 0)m/s and (43. 1 ± 4. 6)m/s of the control group, ( t=6. 08,4. 30,P ﹤ 0. 05);median nerve,sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity of the control group were(50. 5 ± 4. 6)m/s and (48. 6 ± 5. 6)m/s,which were significantly lower than(56. 4 ± 5. 1)m/s and(53. 1 ± 4. 8)m/s of the control group( t=6. 08,4. 31, P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Danhong Injection in treatment of DPN had good effect,can promote faster recovery of the nerve conduction, and is worth of clinical promotion.关键词
