Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoerxiaojizhike Oral Liquid combined with azithromycin for treating mycoplasma pneumonia and its effect on humoral immune function. Methods Totally 120 children patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group. The control group was given azithromycin,on this basis the observation group was given Xiaoerxiaojizhike Oral Liquid. The IgA,IgM and C3,C4 levels of the children patients were detected,the dif-ferences of cellular and humoral immune function were compared between the two group. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96. 67%,which was significantly higher than 70. 00% in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05 );after treat ment ,the IgA and IgM was(0. 88 ± 0. 36)g/L and (1. 21 ± 0. 39)g/L respectively in the observation group,which was significantly lower than (1. 69 ± 0. 54)g/L,(1. 99 ± 0. 51)g/L in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). The C3 and C4 in the two groups had no significantly differ-ence before and after treatment( P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion Xiaoerxiaojizhike Oral Liquid combined with azithromycin in treating mycoplas-ma pneumonia can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reducing the humoral immune response,promote rehabilitation of children, and is worth of clinical promotion.关键词
