Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhikang Capsules in treating abnormal bleeding caused by intrauterine device (IUD). Methods Totally 210 patients with abnormal bleeding caused by IUD were randomly divided into two groups,105 cases in each group. The control group was given Yunnanbaiyao after operation,while the observation group was given Zhikang Capsules. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 76. 19%,which was significantly higher than 68. 57% in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);after the first menstrual cycle,the bleeding volume and the menstrual period had no significant difference between the two groups,but significantly higher than pre-operation;3 months after operation,the bleeding volume and the menstrual period were still significantly higher than pre-operation,and also significantly higher than those in the observation group( P ﹤ 0. 05),but the menstrual period of the observation group had no significantly difference compared with pre-operation;3 months after operation,the hemoglobin content of the two groups was significantly lower than pre-operation( P ﹤0. 05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups( P ﹥ 0. 05);6 months after operation,the hemoglobin content in the observation group had returned to pre-operation level,but the hemoglobin con-tent in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group and pre-operation level( P ﹤ 0. 05);the serum iron level of the two groups had no significantly difference before operation and 3 months after operation,but it significantly decreased at 6 months after operation( P ﹤ 0. 05),and had no significantly difference between the two groups;the occurrence rate of the adverse reactions had no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Zhikang Capsules in treating abnormal bleeding caused by IUD has good effect,can significantly reduce the bleeding volume and the menstrual period,and it has good safety.关键词
