热毒宁注射液联合利巴韦林治疗小儿病毒性肠炎50例
Reduning Injection Combined with Ribavirin for Treating Infantile Virus Enteritis in 50 Cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Reduning Injection combined with ribavirin in treating infantile virus enteri-tis. Methods Toally 100 children patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was added ribavirin,while the observation group was added Reduning Injection on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94. 00%,which was significantly higher than 80. 00% in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);after treatment,the disappearance time of fever,diarrhea,vomiting and dehydration in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group,the AST,LDH,CK and CK-MB in the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);there's no severe adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in the two groups. Conclusion Reduning Injection combined with ribavirin in treating infantile virus enteritis can significantly improve the efficacy,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and alleviate myocardial damage with less adverse reactions,and deserves further study.关键词
