Based on the analysis of features and problems of libraries, this article expounded the significance of introduction of six sigma management method in professional libraries and the way to use six sigma management method, with purposes to ensure working process becomes more standard and reasonable, boost productivity and service quality and improve reader satisfaction.关键词
