摘要
Abstract
Malignant pleural effusions and ascites are common complications in various cancers, which are difficulties in clinical treatment. Elemene injection, with the main ingredient ofβ-elemene, extracted from Chinese herbal medicine Curcumae Rhizoma, has broad-spectrum antitumor activity by inhibiting proliferation and inducing apoptosis in several types of solid tumor cells. This article reviewed the clinical experience of Chinese scholars in treating malignant pleural effusions and ascites with elemene injection.关键词
