“双轨合一”下临床医学专业学位研究生压力现状与发展因素的实证研究*--以北京中医药大学附属东直门医院为例

Abstract
The education of postgraduate students with medical specialty degree and the standardized training of resident doctors are two significant components of the personnel training work for medical practice and health ser⁃vice in our country. To combine the two components into one is of great importance. Through empirical research, this paper analyzed the stress status, development status and its influencing factors of the postgraduates with medi⁃cal specialty degree after the standardized training so as to find the source of stress and its causes. Measures of“double tracks combined into one”were put forward to get a win-win effect.关键词
