摘要

Abstract

A microcomputer protection device for high voltage motor was designed by using the ARM pro-cessor MB9BF618S as the core component which allowed this device to monitor the motor’s operation sta-tus and to provide several kinds of protection services including start-up out-time protection, differential protection, two phase current protection, three phase negative current protection, and overheating protection, etc. The overall structure and operation principle of the device were discussed. Moreover, the design scheme of alternating current ( AC) module, central processing unit ( CPU) module and signal module and the analysis on the working characteristic of differential protection, two phase current protection and three phase negative current protection were also included. With the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, fully functioned and high reliability, this protection device also had a high application value.
