介入栓塞法小型猪急性心肌梗死模型的建立
Establishment of acute myocardial infarction model by interventional em-bolization in mini-pigs

Abstract
Objective:To establish acute myocardial infarction models by interventional embolization in mini-pigs. Methods:E-leven mini-pigs,weighting 30-45kg,were anaesthetized. Echocardiography and electrocardiogram examination as well as coronary artery digital subtraction angiography ( DSA) were performed,and myocardial enzymes and troponin were tested before embolization. The distal of left descending artery or left circumflex artery was embolized with sterilized thread segment. In the 11 pigs,embolization was followed by the DSA procedure and electrocardiogram examination. Myocardial enzymes and troponin were tested and echocardiography was per-formed 24 hours after embolization,and pathologic histology was examined 5 weeks after embolization. Paired t-tests were used in the in-dex of laboratory test and heart function before and after the operation. Results:The model of myocardial infarction was successfully es-tablished in 8 of 11 mini-pigs. The successful rate was 72%. All of the results were normal before embolization. After embolization,the coronary artery DSA showed that the object vessels were obstructed. The electrocardiogram examination showed abnormal changes in dif-ferent degrees. The value of myocardial enzymes,troponin,ejection fraction and fractional shortening were significantly different between preoperative and postoperative examination (P<0. 05). The infarction sites were confirmed by pathologic histology after the operation. Conclusion:The technique of interventional embolization is simple and accessible,and has high successful rate. It is one of the best methods to establish stable myocardial infarction models.关键词
